01Scope of the wholesale transaction

The cancellation and returns frame applies to orders placed by an approved wholesale buyer on https://b2b.laperissa.com. Goods are made to order. The return terms at www.laperissa.com.tr do not replace this text.

02Cancellation requests

Approval required

The account has no button that cancels a paid order by itself. A request is sent to info@laperissa.com with the order number.

Whether cancellation is accepted after payment has been recorded is not published. If it is accepted, the method and the time for returning the money are also not published.

03After production has started

Approval required

A catalog product is cut and sewn to order. This page has no formula for materials and labor if a cancellation is requested after preparation has started. That outcome requires owner approval.

04Goods made to order

A catalog product is not a retail piece pulled from a finished shelf. The unconditional withdrawal practice of the consumer site is therefore not repeated here. This sentence does not remove mandatory rights in respect of defective goods.

05Private label

Approval required

Private label runs per project, with a minimum of 500 units per size. Lead time is quoted separately. Cancellation after a project has started, and the fate of sample and production cost, are not published on this page.

06Incorrect or short delivery

Approval required

If the goods do not match the style code, color, size or quantity on the order, the buyer reports that with photographs and the order number. A completion shipment, an exchange, or a price adjustment is decided after examination. No remedy is pre-selected.

07Manufacturing defects

A return may be requested within 14 days after delivery if the product has a manufacturing defect. The notice is sent to info@laperissa.com.

This is not an unconditional 14-day right of withdrawal. Mandatory statutory rights are preserved. This 14-day period does not limit those rights.

08What the notice should include

• Order number
• Product code, color, size and quantity
• Photographs showing the fault
• Delivery date, if known
• A short description

An incomplete notice is not refused automatically. More information may be requested for the examination.

09Examination

The reported product is examined against the claim of a manufacturing defect. No number of days is published for that examination. The result is sent in writing.

10Resolution

Approval required

Examination may end in repair, remanufacture, a price reduction, or a refund. Which of these applies depends on the facts and on a remedy preference that has not been approved. This page does not force a single path, and it does not say that a return is forbidden in every case.

11Return freight

Approval required

The carrier for a return, and who pays that freight, are not published. A return shipment sent without agreement is not promised to be accepted.

12Refunds

Approval required

The site has no automatic refund button. Returning an amount collected through PayTR is handled separately. The number of days for completing a refund is not published.

14Statutory rights

The 14-day notice on this page is the company’s procedure for a manufacturing defect. Mandatory rules on defective goods remain. The procedure is not written to narrow those rights.
