From an idea to a finished garment, we are in every stage of production.
We manage product development, planning and manufacturing for women’s lingerie, sleepwear and loungewear at our production base in Istanbul. We work on our own collections and on production projects developed for brands.
A good garment starts before it reaches the line.
Before we begin sewing, we clarify what will be made, how it should sit, and how it can be repeated in production. Category, pattern, fabric and finishing decisions take shape here.
Not every project follows the same sequence. A collection style and a brand-specific development move forward with the preparation each one needs.

01 — Development
Planning
Before production, we review what the garment or the project requires. The aim is to close decisions that should not still be open on the line.
Depending on the work, that may include category, collection direction, model, fabric character, colour, size range, construction, branding and packing needs. We treat this as the scope of the job, not as a fixed checklist.
Design and product development
An idea, a reference or a collection direction becomes a garment that can be made. We look at silhouette, construction and the details that matter in use.
Lace, piping, buttons, elastic, straps and similar components are not only decoration. They have to repeat the same way in production. In private-label work, the brand’s identity and intended product direction guide this development.
Fabric, lace and trims
In sleepwear and lingerie, hand, drape and, where it matters, stretch decide how a garment sits. Transparency, colour harmony and lace are part of the same decision.
We consider elastic, buttons, piping, straps and other supporting pieces together with the fabric. We do not publish a supplier list. We choose materials for how the garment needs to behave.
Pattern and fit
A visual design has to become a pattern that can be repeated. We set proportions, balance and the intended fit at this stage.
We arrange the relationship between sizes so production can return the same result. This is pattern and fitting work, not a claim about scanning systems or a named machine.
Sampling
The sample is where design, material, construction and fit are seen together for the first time. We look at how the decision on paper sits as a garment.
We develop, review and make the revisions that are needed. The cycle lasts as long as the project requires before production. We do not promise a fixed number of sample rounds.
02 — Production
Preparation before production
Once the product decisions are set, we organise material, size structure, construction details and the order production needs.
This preparation is what lets the line carry the same model in the same way. An unresolved material or an unclear detail does not move on to cutting.
Cutting
Cutting is where material starts to become the garment. We separate the fabric into the pieces the model and the sizes require, with care and consistency.
Lace and slippery cloth ask for the same attention. We keep the direction of the pieces and how they match while we cut.
Sewing and assembly
Lingerie, sleepwear and loungewear are not the same job on the same table. Fabric, lace, elastic, straps, piping, buttons and other model-specific pieces ask for different assembly.
We bring those pieces together under control. The aim is not a slogan. It is that the same model leaves production in the same way.
03 — Control and preparation
Quality control
We do not treat quality as something checked only on the finished garment. During development and as production moves, we look at construction, stitching and visual consistency.
We check whether measurement and fit are in place, how lace, piping and other details sit, and how the garment is finished. We do this as control inside production, without naming a certificate.
Final checks and packing
After production we review the final appearance, complete the pressing and finishing that are needed, and prepare the garments for packing.
If a brand or a project has a presentation requirement, we consider it separately. We do not promise the same pack format for every job.
Manufacturing for your brand
Wholesale is for our current collection. Private label is not a matter of choosing ready-made styles.
In a private-label project we take development and production together, according to your brand’s product approach. Reviewing our collection and talking about production for your own brand are different starting points.
