A MERSIS number, a trade-registry number and a KEP address are not written in this notice. They are not published until they have been confirmed.

02Categories of personal data

• Identity and contact: first name, last name, telephone, email
• Business: business name, country, city, sales model, website or social account
• Customer transaction: order lines, delivery address, amount, exchange rate and order status
• Payment metadata: the PayTR result notification. The card number is not in this category.
• Transaction security: the session cookie and the password hash
• Marketing: Meta cookies and measurement events, only if consent was given

03Purposes of processing

Data is processed to review membership, manage the account, record a wholesale order, plan production, record payment, send email about those activities, and measure advertising if the visitor opts in. No further use is published.

04Legal grounds

Approval required

Article 5 of Law No. 6698 lists these grounds: an explicit provision in law, actual impossibility, formation or performance of a contract, a legal obligation, data made public by the data subject, establishment or protection of a right, and the controller’s legitimate interest. Explicit consent is regulated separately in the first paragraph of the same article.

Marketing cookies on this site run only if the explicit preference is acceptance. Which ground attaches to each other processing activity requires legal approval. This notice does not present an unapproved ground as if it had been chosen.

05Collection methods

Data is collected through the membership form, the quote form, the private-label inquiry form, the payment and delivery form, the PayTR notification, the session cookie, the marketing preference, and correspondence to info@laperissa.com. No fully automated decision mechanism is published.

06Recipients

The payment service provider is PayTR. Transaction email goes through Resend. If consent is given, measurement data goes to Meta. Hosting and the database are processed by the server providers that run the platform. This list is the recipient groups visible in the code and the operation. No further advertising network is named.

07Transfers inside and outside Türkiye

Approval required

The PayTR notification is part of the payment flow in Türkiye. Email, hosting, and Meta measurement where consent was given may amount to a transfer abroad.

Which of the Article 9 tools is relied on — an adequacy decision, appropriate safeguards, or an occasional-transfer exception — has not been chosen. The transfer tool requires legal approval.

08Retention principle

Approval required

Data is kept while the purpose, and any duty that requires retention, continues, and is then deleted or destroyed. Separate retention periods for membership, orders, accounting records, cookies and inquiry correspondence are not published.

09VERBIS

Approval required

This notice does not say that a VERBIS registration exists or that it does not. The duty to register, and the registration status, have not been verified.

10Rights of the data subject

Under Article 11 of Law No. 6698, the data subject may:

• Learn whether personal data is processed
• Request information if it has been processed
• Learn the purpose of processing and whether the data is used for that purpose
• Know the third parties to whom data is transferred, in Türkiye or abroad
• Request correction if the data is incomplete or inaccurate
• Request deletion or destruction under the conditions in Article 7
• Request that correction and deletion be notified to third parties to whom the data was transferred
• Object to a result against the person arising from analysis solely by automated systems
• Claim compensation if damage is suffered because the data was processed unlawfully

11How to apply

An application may be sent in writing to the controller’s address or by email to info@laperissa.com. It should include first name, last name, the business name if any, a telephone number or email, and the subject of the request. Further information may be asked in order to confirm identity.

Article 13 of the Law says the request is concluded as soon as the nature of the request allows and within thirty days at the latest, free of charge as a rule. Any exceptional fee required by the Board’s tariff is not separately published on this site.

Under Article 14, if the application is refused, the answer is found insufficient, or no answer is given in time, the data subject may complain to the Personal Data Protection Board within thirty days of learning the answer and in any event within sixty days of the application.

A KEP address is not published. A secure electronic-signature or mobile-signature channel is not separately opened on this site.
