01Who operates the platform

The platform is operated by LA PERISSA TEKSTİL SANAYİ VE TİCARET LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ. The brand is Laperissa and the site is https://b2b.laperissa.com. Contact is info@laperissa.com and +90 536 520 32 72.

02Account information

Registration collects first name, last name, business name, country, city, telephone, email, website or social account if provided, sales model and password. The password is not stored in plain text. It is used to review the application and to give an approved account commercial access.

03Orders and delivery

An order stores the delivery address, product lines, quantities, exchange rate, packing choice and amounts. The record is used to prepare the order and to correspond about it. A later change in price or rate does not rewrite an earlier order on its own.

04The payment provider

On direct payment, card details are entered on the PayTR page. Laperissa does not collect the card number, expiry date or security code in its own form, and does not store them as card data.

A PayTR notification carries transaction metadata such as the payment result, the amount and the payment identifier tied to the order. That metadata is used to record the payment and to send the notice email.

05Session

Sign-in is kept with a session cookie in the browser. The session lasts eight hours. The cookie keeps the account signed in. It is not used for advertising measurement.

06Cookies and measurement

The marketing preference is stored in the browser’s local storage. Unless the visitor accepts, a marketing cookie is not written and the measurement script is not loaded. Refusal does not close the site or the inquiry forms.

If accepted, the Meta pixel script is loaded from connect.facebook.net. The browser may use an _fbp cookie and, if the visit follows an ad click, an _fbc cookie. The lifetime written for _fbc is 90 days. The events measured are page view, product view and inquiry submission.

With the same acceptance, those events may also be sent server-side through the Meta Conversions API. The code does not load Google Analytics or another analytics provider. This list is limited to the tools found in the code.

08Service providers

Payment notification is received through PayTR. Transaction email is sent through Resend. Advertising measurement goes to Meta only if consent is given. Hosting and the database are operated through the server providers that run the platform.

09Security

A password hash is stored. Commercial screens depend on an approved session. Card data is not written to this application’s database. This page does not promise a particular certificate or absolute security.

10Retention

Approval required

Data is kept with the needs of membership, the order, payment and legal records in mind. A separate number of days or years is not published for membership, orders, payments, cookies or correspondence. Those periods require legal approval.

11Transfers abroad

Email infrastructure, hosting, and Meta measurement where consent was given, may process data on systems outside Türkiye. Which transfer tool under Article 9 of Law No. 6698 applies has not been chosen in this text.

12Requests
